Mr Gasket was founded back in 1965 to produce a new type of high-temperature exhaust gasket and has been a leader in the field ever since! 

Mr Gasket’s Ultra-Seal exhaust gaskets are manufactured from high-temperature steel core/graphite faced material.  The expanded steel core provides stability and maximum torque retention to eliminate gasket failure while the graphite facing provides excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity to transfer heat away from the cylinder head.  They conform to and seal minor surface irregularities, and this high recovery material allows a header or manifold flange to stay sealed even if it loses the correct clamp-load.

CopperSeal exhaust gaskets are unique gaskets made from .043" dead-soft solid copper.  They feature an embossed O-ring design for a leak proof seal.  They won't shrink, deteriorate or blowout and header bolts stay tight!  Ideal for OE replacement, high performance street, drag race and oval track applications.

High quality exhaust gaskets are only half the battle though!

Mr Gasket’s #3420G header bolt kit features a unique bolt head which incorporates a combination hex and socket design for quick, easy installation and removal.  The compact bolt head and flange is ideal for use where space is minimal, typical on header flange.  Black zinc bolts resist corrosion and provide a clean professional appearance.
